3D Modeling

Clay sculpture
Senior bronze sculpture artists hand-craft 1:1 scale clay sculptures, with support for remote inspection and approval via live video sessions.
Making wax molds
Wax is poured into the silicone molds and vacuumed to remove air bubbles before the excess is drained. Once the wax has solidified, the mold layers are meticulously disassembled one by one.
Waxing
Through meticulous manual wax chasing, we refine the details and eliminate air bubbles and parting lines, ensuring a flawless surface for the final casting.
Casting
Conducted at our self-operated bronze foundry, we adhere to a strict 88% copper bronze material standard during high-temperature smelting to ensure a pure and superior casting quality.
Sanding/Staining
Through precision polishing and chemical patina finishes, we imbue each sculpture with enduring artistic worth and exceptional weather resistance.
