Product Specifications and Core Processes

Double-layer beam-style carved frame; upper layer features Niu bells, while the lower layer houses primary Yong performance bells. The robust structure is optimized for both visual exhibition and high-intensity stage performance.

Utilize traditional lost-wax precision bronze casting with uniform wall thickness. Surfaces are engraved with authentic Zhou Dynasty motifs, including cloud-and-thunder and Taotie patterns, with support for custom ritual inscriptions. The frame is crafted from hand-carved solid wood with a black anti-corrosion baked finish.

Performance-Grade Acoustic Tuning: Post-casting, master tuners utilize the ancient “two tones per bell” principle to precision-mill the inner walls. Each bell is calibrated for both front and side strike tones according to the 12-tone equal temperament system, ensuring pure timbre and stable pitch for formal professional concerts.

Acoustic Certification: Each bell undergoes comprehensive acoustic sampling and testing. We provide detailed pitch detection logs and quality assurance documentation to serve as the basis for project acceptance, guaranteeing professional performance reliability for academic teaching and cultural exchange.
